1. WARRANTY AND REPLACEMENT
EVERY SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASED FROM SUBIFY.IN INCLUDES A WARRANTY FOR THE FULL VALIDITY PERIOD SPECIFIED AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. IF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BECOMES INACCESSIBLE OR STOPS WORKING WITHIN THIS PERIOD, WE WILL PROVIDE A FREE REPLACEMENT ACCORDING TO THE TERMS LISTED ON THE PRODUCT PAGE.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT
A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE PROVIDED ONLY IF THE DIGITAL PRODUCT OR SUBSCRIPTION IS DEFECTIVE, INACCESSIBLE, OR DOES NOT MATCH THE DESCRIPTION ON OUR WEBSITE. THE ISSUE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN THE WARRANTY OR VALIDITY PERIOD, AND YOU MUST PROVIDE THE NECESSARY PROOF OF PURCHASE AND DETAILS OF THE ISSUE.

3. EXCLUSIONS
REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS WILL NOT BE ISSUED IF THE PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED AND ACCESSED SUCCESSFULLY AND THE ISSUE IS DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR, MISUSE, OR TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL. NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE PROVIDED IF THE WARRANTY PERIOD HAS EXPIRED OR IF THE PRODUCT WAS MARKED AS NON-REFUNDABLE OR THE ISSUE DOES NOT FALL UNDER THE WARRANTY TERMS.

5. PROCESSING TIME
ONCE YOUR REQUEST IS APPROVED, ELIGIBLE REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED TO YOUR ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS. REPLACEMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
